I was the perfect candidate: 600km away, no mechanical knowledge, and no means to replace the car... the owner was extremely transparent about the nature of the work, the opportunity to do it for a cost close to the car's value, and inspired confidence in me from our first conversations. In the end, no regrets and I was lucky to have stumbled upon this garage. Very helpful, too: a set of keys left in the car was sent to my house within two days.

Following a battery failure and roadside assistance, I was directed by the mechanic to this local branch.
The branch manager gave me a very warm welcome, and I was seen almost immediately for a battery and electrical system check. The very courteous technician informed me of the checks performed and offered advice. While vacationing in the area, I was fortunate to meet this team for whom the word "service" truly means something. Well done and thank you!

While on holiday in the Col de la Mure region of northern Ardèche, I had a problem with my Hyundai and was fortunate enough to be referred to JC AUTO garage in Vernoux-en-Vivarais. I received a very warm welcome and, above all, the mechanic was highly competent. The bill was more than reasonable for the work done. If I lived in this area, I would definitely become a regular customer at this garage, and for tourists like myself experiencing car trouble, this garage is a reliable choice with fair prices. Eve of returning from vacation, AdBlue was running low.
Vehicle picked up immediately, excellent service.
The car was under warranty, so I just asked to be able to drive home.
Result: 700km without any problems; the remaining warning lights disappeared gradually. Thank you! 👍
Verdict: The previous owner didn't carry out the recall campaign.

Very friendly welcome and very efficient. They don't push you to spend money and provide a thorough diagnosis of the problem to verify whether replacement parts are truly necessary.
In our case, they agreed to take care of our car after it broke down in Vernoux during a trip despite a busy schedule.
