I broke down with my car a few meters away. I had some tools and dismantled the part on site. I brought the part back, but it was a bolt I needed to tighten, but I didn't have the right wrench. Very poor reception; they refused to help me even though I wanted to pay for the service. Apparently, tightening bolts isn't part of their job. The staff is rude, even unfriendly. Apparently, customers' vehicles are a pain in the neck, that's what the head mechanic told me. In short, avoid this establishment; I don't recommend it.

Citroën has been servicing our three vehicles for several years. Citroën has been servicing our three vehicles for several years. Not counting a car I bought from them, it's two years old. Nothing to complain about, and I recommend friends go to this garage. Fabien is very professional. However, I booked an appointment for the service on August 6, 2025, as I do every year. The appointment was booked for August 20, 2025. I dropped off my car the day before as usual. I explained that I had an engine fault message and an AdBlue pollution fault, which he could see. Because it went away and came back. Isabelle told me they might be immobilizing the car for two days because of a partner. Okay, no problem. On August 21, I received a call telling me that the vehicle was ready, but the service hadn't been done because it wouldn't be until October. I'm told that other things were done, much to my surprise, without consulting me first. The bill came to 158 euros. All computers were checked, pressure levels, lighting, coolant, engine oil, a first for the crown, windshield washer fluid. At a price of 2.58 😀 It's not the amount that shocks me, It was the way things were done. (Never touched a vehicle without telling me what to do.) Knowing that I'm not a new customer and that I've already left good invoices. And I don't write it all down. The situation was quite embarrassing. The conclusion from that attitude is that I won't be back. P.S.: I should point out that Fabien, who always takes care of us, was on vacation. I always dealt with him and never had any problems.

My Citroen from 2018 has an engine fault and is indicating it won't start again in 200 km. I asked them to read and clear the fault codes. The result: Come back in three weeks, they don't have time. So: Don't bother, don't go there. Because you won't get any help there.

Deserves 10 stars!! I've never encountered such a garage with such attentiveness, humanity, professionalism, commitment, reliability, and all within a family atmosphere. I arrived there with my lovely Berlingo wrecked because of a Stellantis engine. Fabien and his entire family and team went above and beyond to ensure I got my car back in the best possible safety conditions. And a few months later, what a joy to learn that thanks to Fabien's tenacity, I was able to get a full refund for the complete engine replacement. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much! I'll be back for life!!
