Following an accident, I took my vehicle to this dealership, which I thought was reputable.
The work was poorly done; I had to bring my car back twice. Only the body shop manager is competent, but unfortunately, he's not the one who does the painting.
Furthermore, one of the people working on my vehicle left candy wrappers in the back of my car.

I brought my car in for bodywork repairs after an accident. Unfortunately, the work was poorly done the first time, leaving visible marks on the bodywork. After complaining, they agreed to take the car back, but even after the second repair, the quality of the work was still unsatisfactory.
Furthermore, this morning my car was returned to me extremely dirty, which demonstrates a real lack of care and consideration for the customer. Very disappointed by this experience, I do not recommend this dealership for bodywork repairs.

A big thank you to the team at Richard Drevet Villeurbanne, and especially Ms. Sournia, for taking care of my Mazda 2 even though they had only just taken over the brand a few days ago. Things weren't easy to carry out the repair, but Ms. Sournia was always very available and pleasant. I highly recommend her, as well as her colleague at reception.
