I made an appointment with this garage for a transmission fluid change and rear tire replacement. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was told that "the machine can't communicate with the computer." I was forced to leave the vehicle there. Three days later, the problem changed to "There's a broken sensor in the transmission." So I paid a little over 300 euros more and waited almost three weeks to get the vehicle back. My vehicle was running perfectly, never had any warning lights, no transmission problems, it was responsive and dynamic before the "repairs" carried out at this garage. I know that the transmission was removed and reinstalled multiple times, which must have damaged the components. After almost a month of driving, here's what's happening after the "repairs": Gear changes are hesitant in all gears, downshifting is too low in the rev range, resulting in persistent shaking in all gears, and there's a strong feeling of the clutch slipping between 1st and 2nd, and 2nd and 3rd. Of course, since the ECU was reprogrammed, the accelerator pedal response is also extremely slow. It's definitely not the Cupra configuration; in any case, I don't have the correct one. Other issues could be addressed, such as my low beams remaining on after the check-up (which necessitated a battery replacement), and the accessory belt, which wasn't inspected as requested.
In conclusion: I strongly advise against going there; the price is exorbitant, and they're not experts.
