I completely back up what Bruno reviewed below...they are completely incompetents when it comes to selling bikes. I came to buy an Africa Twin new (20'000 eur) had the certified check in my pocket. Asked the young guy on site "hello there I came to buy an Africa Twin. I'd like to test drive it", he responded without any sorry "I don't do that. You can test it only for 10kms!", me :" what ? Ok Can I rent it at least one day?" He replied "no!" . Me :"do you really expect someone buying a 20keur bike without even testing it?" His response "You cannot test drive it more than 10kms!"
They for sure need to go to business school and learn customer service basics.
Oh btw Bruno, I parked my Tesla model S in front of the garage so no it was not "your weekend clothes judgment"! They are just incompetents. I went straight to BMW they offered me the bike for one day free or a weekend for 150eur. Bought it on the spot!

I recently bought a used MT09 with 24,000 km from this shop. The reception was pleasant, however, I'm not satisfied with the service provided by this garage:
-The bike wasn't clean.
-The bike was supposedly serviced, but it only had a simple oil change followed by a few checks. For me, this isn't a proper service because, having no maintenance receipts, it seems logical to me that they should have done the 20,000 km service as Yamaha recommends.
So, for my part, I just took it to a garage to check the injection timing. As a result, it was good to go. Let's not even mention the air filter... As a precaution, I asked to change the spark plugs because I don't know how many kilometers they have either.
The bike had been purchased from another dealership by the previous owner, so I had to contact them myself to get a vehicle history report, but they didn't have anything either. All this to say that when you have zero history on a motorcycle, the most important thing is to do a proper overhaul and not an oil change like you may have done.

I've bought several vehicles from Caroline, and I haven't been disappointed. I'd even say she's not only professional but also a woman of her word! She always honors her commitments, and the welcome I receive every time is pleasant—always a coffee or a small token of appreciation—and there's complete transparency regarding the handling of any work. Her responsiveness is much appreciated.
The mechanical team, managed by Martial, the new workshop manager, is professional, and Martial himself is always ready to offer helpful advice and is a good listener. David in the parts department is always available, and as a recent addition to the Honda team, he's always eager to learn and guide his customers in the best possible way. He deserves to be recognized for his kindness and dedication. Based on my experience as a loyal customer, I highly recommend this dealership.
Thank you to them! ✌🏼

At the service center for my 350 Forza scooter's 1-year or 12,000 km service, the mechanic asked me if everything was alright. I told him no, my scooter makes a belt noise and shakes when starting in the morning, but he said it's normal because it's cold, even though it was doing that even this summer. The mechanic isn't very pleasant to his customers.

I bought a motorcycle from this dealership, and everything seemed fine during the sale. I called to schedule an appointment, and the woman on the phone was very unpleasant and advised me to make an appointment with a competitor. Frankly, this woman who owns the dealership is two-faced. I definitely don't recommend them; she only cares about making sales.
I advise against going there.
