Fantastic, wonderful people! My Motorcycle broke down on the A29 and I was lucky enough to hitch a lift to Avenel Moto.
I could not speak french but the staff were friendly and all so willing to help and even happily drove me back to my broken down bike and helped in the rain to get me back on my way!
I cannot praise you enough for your amazing kindness and will forever be thankful 🙏🏼 Merci!

I really don't recommend Avenel Moto.
I paid for a used quad that I never received because it had nothing but problems; it failed the vehicle inspection (even though it passed twice).
I waited three weeks for parts.
I cancelled the sale and waited another week for a bank transfer that never arrived. I had to go there in person to get my refund. They're quick to sell, but then suddenly they're nowhere to be found.

In light of some comments from dissatisfied customers, I would like to share my experience with the Avenel dealership.
I bought a used SSV for my birthday last year (September 2024) with a warranty.
The customer service and support, as well as the administrative side of things, went very well.
I made two outings organized by the store; everything was very well organized.
Before deciding to replace the SSV, it unfortunately broke down on which day of the warranty.
Given the mileage on the SSV, I had no idea that the store would cover the parts and labor costs. Thank you very much for this support.
This gesture confirmed the trust I already had in the store.
I'm coming back for my birthday a year after buying the same SSV new and having my old one traded in.
The support is once again excellent from all the store staff.
I'd like to thank the entire store, especially Thomas.
Maybe we'll see each other again for my next birthday 🥳.
