While travelling to Scotland from Italy I passed by since my GS had a problem with the front wheel. They were super kind and super professional, tested the bike, and disassembled the rim to identify the problem. Amazingly they did not request any payment for the effort. While they were working I visited the motorbike showroom and it looks great with all the models in all the variation.s If I would live in Strasbourg they will be my preferred dealer! Helpful, friendly staff. Installed a plaque on my R1100S and fixed my blinker light after I accidentally kicked it off. (Way to go, James.) Later, they helped me pick out a new helmet. The shop is relaxed, and you're welcome to sit on all the bikes and get your first ideas!

I booked an appointment during the open house. I arrived a little early, but no one took the time to come and see me. In 10 minutes, they only asked if I had an appointment.
It's a shame because I was planning to buy my first BMW.
