My vehicle was immobilized for several months due to an airbag recall.
The handling of the case was deplorable: interminable delays, a complete lack of communication, and the customer file was deleted without explanation.
At the dealership, the behavior was unacceptable: the receptionist vaped in the vehicles and left his e-cigarette inside, blamed the customer for damage they were responsible for (the steering wheel was damaged during their work), was unable to answer questions, and adopted a nonchalant attitude.
Furthermore, the vehicle was returned in an unacceptable condition: the exterior was covered in dust, and the armrest was detached, demonstrating a complete lack of care and professionalism.
The situation remains unresolved despite numerous follow-ups. I now expect a prompt and serious response from Opel France to obtain a concrete solution.

Excellent service. After I checked in at the counter, a mechanic was immediately called in to check the fault code. A minor repair was needed, for which a part had to be ordered. 48 hours later, I was helped again immediately and was able to leave after 25 minutes. The Opel garage indicated that the solution and price were in line with what they would have done.
