Great staff and customer service. Came here as my car developed a fault whilst on holiday in the area. There was someone who spoke English so that was fab.

Hello,
Our motorhome battery failed while still under warranty.
Challenger Assistance strongly recommended that I go to Ford Suzuki Vannes.
After a quick phone call, I went without an appointment and was seen immediately.
A quick diagnosis revealed a dead battery, which was replaced.
I would like to emphasize the professionalism of the entire team.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Mr. Clément, apart from selling and collecting his commission, couldn't care less about anything else. The vehicle handover was rushed, and I later realized that the briefcase and trunk organizer were billed but not given to me—go figure! The refurbishment left much to be desired. Luckily, my mechanic and his team at the Ford-approved garage in Locoal Mendon took all these shortcomings seriously. I am very, very satisfied with his service, the welcome, and the quality of his work. In fact, I highly recommend the Ford garage in Locoal Mendon. I am very, very disappointed with the Ford garage in Vannes. Good luck with your decision.
