After an incident with my motorhome, I decided to use this independent garage.
The welcome was very friendly.
The appointment with the assessor was scheduled extremely quickly.
Communication between the assessor, the garage, and the customer was impeccable.
The garage was very attentive to delivery times.
The repair was high-quality and carried out with care.
The repair time and the work performed on the vehicle, as well as any minor issues, were explained.
The delivery driver damaged some of the parts that arrived.
The garage ordered replacements.
There were very long delivery delays from the supplier.
The garage arranged a payment plan with the customer while waiting for insurance reimbursement.
A garage I would recommend.

A very bad experience with this garage.
My vehicle was taken in after an accident, but everything was complicated from beginning to end.
I live on the other side of France, and since the repair was extensive (the engine had to be removed), I specifically requested to be notified in advance of the completion of the work so I could make arrangements. The result: no calls, no emails for months, then a phone call three months after the repairs were actually finished.
When I went to pick up my vehicle, the receptionist told me that the air conditioning no longer worked because of a "faulty" hose that they hadn't repaired, replaced, or even mentioned beforehand.
The reason? "It wasn't related to the accident," they claimed.
Two points to note:
1. Before the accident, the air conditioning worked perfectly.
2. Given the extent of the repairs (in the five-figure range), and the fact that the engine was removed, it would have been basic common sense to inform them beforehand or suggest replacing this part.
In short: no communication, no customer consideration, and a blatant lack of professional common sense.
This is the short version of the experience, but it sums up the core of the problem.
Considering all this, the 4.6 rating on Google is frankly baffling. I just realized: you have to look at the names of the people in the reviews. That explains these stellar ratings.

I had bodywork done on my car for the first time. I went to this garage and I'm very happy with the service. My car was returned on time and looked brand new. I recommend them! 👍

"Incompetent and dishonest". Following scratches caused by our little leak, there was polishing to be done on the D side and repainting on the G side. First time, repainting on the G side (orange peel) and second time, broken bracket that holds the RH wing to the bumper. and apparently it's their fault. It's not good!!!

Very professional garage, excellent customer service. Superb work, the bodywork looks brand new. Honest garage. I highly recommend them 👍
