My car was serviced yesterday at this garage.
The receptionist sent a text message at 6:09 PM asking me to pick up the vehicle before 6:30 PM because the garage would be closed after that.
Yet, Google says they're open until 7 PM.
Anyway, it took just 21 minutes to pick up a car I dropped off at 9 AM. I had called at 5:16 PM to check on the status of my service, and was told the vehicle wasn't ready and that they would call me back. They never even did, because they sent me another text message! At no point was I informed that the garage closed at 6:30 PM.
We're glad we're not in Pessac.
There's no record of previous work done on the vehicle, so the invoice has incorrect information (not ideal for a leased car).
And on top of that, the person on the phone had the nerve to explain that she had to finish nine minutes late to prepare my invoice, even though she should have already left work to pick up, and I quote, "her son who's going to the swimming pool and her daughter from daycare."
And I'm not even mentioning the fact that my car keys had dead batteries, and that it was therefore "because" of me that they took so long to do the service.
Because at Peugeot, they don't carry batteries for car key fobs!
All this for €600. I'll be going elsewhere for future car maintenance. A serious lack of professionalism and attention to detail.

Avoid at all costs! Disgusted by this experience! Our SUV was in an accident in September 2022, and our insurance company sent our vehicle to this garage... what can I say... 7 months! 7 months of waiting... they never respected the deadlines they themselves gave us... they never wanted to give us a loaner car! 7 months without a single loaner car... supposedly all four of them had dead batteries! More than 3 weeks for the mechanic to check the condition of a part under the car... and what can I say about the state we got our car back in... pathetic! The interior was rotten with signs of dampness after 7 months outside! And the estimate! An exorbitant price! Avoid this Pakoti garage at all costs!

From the initial phone call to the pickup of my vehicle, everything was perfect. I highly recommend them.

Very warm welcome. The owner answered all my questions kindly and courteously
during the test drive.
He didn't try to sell me the vehicle.
The store is clean.
When handing over the documents, he explains everything if you don't understand.
He offers a coffee 😉that's always nice.
And despite a small technical issue on my part, he showed complete confidence.
I was pleasantly surprised by such a warm welcome, even though it's part of the job; it's becoming rare these days.
