What an unbelievable and disdainful welcome! To replace a faulty Takata airbag, you have to:
1/ go in to file a claim
2/ wait for the part to arrive "a few days, a few weeks, or a few months." What a joke! Go to a dealership; you'll be treated much better!

Very disappointing experience, I can't give zero stars, so I'm giving one.
Indeed, at the beginning of September, we went to see a salesperson who welcomed my wife and me. The gentleman was supposed to contact us again at the beginning of the week to bring additional documents, but three weeks later, we're still waiting!!! If we listened to him, we had time to order a vehicle; there was no need to panic. Luckily, we took the initiative and went to the Muret dealership, who took care of us immediately. And today we signed the order form to receive our vehicle. We went to sign it at 8 a.m., which was a good thing because she explained to us in Muret that if we came at 2 p.m., it was too late; there wouldn't be any vehicles left. However, according to the gentleman in Auterive, we could easily come at the beginning of October; there would be availability, LOL. It's unacceptable to employ people like this to represent a brand that, as people have led people to believe, selects its customers based on their origins.
In short, I don't recommend this garage at all; it's really leaking. I recommend the Muret dealership instead, as they are true professionals worthy of the name, who know how to welcome their customers and take great care of them.

Dropped off a damaged vehicle for inspection. Very warm welcome.
Purchased a used vehicle. We borrowed a car for several days as we were far from home. Everything went very well, with friendliness and helpfulness.
I recommend this garage (and it's also highly rated by friends).
