I'm giving one star because you can't give less. AVOID THIS GARAGE. I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way my vehicle was handled by your garage, which is approved by my insurance company. Indeed, this experience was particularly disappointing in several respects: The staff was arrogant and condescending, adopting a disrespectful attitude. On each call, the information provided was contradictory, making it impossible to properly follow up on my file. Furthermore, the telephone reception was rude and unprofessional: some secretaries used inappropriate language and a disrespectful tone, which is unacceptable. As a policyholder, I believe I have the right to receive reliable, transparent, and respectful service. However, to date, I have felt completely neglected and treated like a second-class customer, which is unacceptable. The information provided was contradictory from one contact to the next, revealing a clear lack of consistency and professionalism within the team. Finally, the delay in returning my vehicle was excessive; I received it back a month and a half later, without a clear explanation or valid justification. This situation is unacceptable, especially since this is a garage that partners with my insurance company, which requires a minimum level of reliability and quality of service.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not let Mr. Beucler (the father) handle your vehicle. I can't comment on the other employees. It took six months to get my car back. Three months to connect the diagnostic tool, and getting any information was incredibly difficult. I was given the runaround for the first three months, supposedly because things were progressing, but they weren't. A part was replaced unnecessarily, done randomly. The verdict: "Your hybrid battery is dead, expect to pay between €4,000 and €5,000." This was followed by endless research on my part to find out if there were other solutions (shunting, dismantling, installing a generator, replacing modules, and so on), only to end up having to change a fuse. It was a complete waste of time, as they say. Oh yes, and no apology from the boss. Of course, a pathetic gesture of goodwill, and when it came time to pay, this gentleman conveniently avoided any contact with me. It was like I was just buying windshield washer fluid. A container for €750. I bought the part for €60 (plus another one for €100).

Very reliable garage. Responsive and efficient in handling the AdBlue tank replacement and handling it, all in the middle of August. As a bonus, the bill was more than reasonable.
