I had to leave my broken-down vehicle at this garage during peak season. Sarah told me it would take a week to even look at my car because their schedule was completely full, while other Citroën garages refused to take it due to the long wait times. Scammers! Inflated quote: they claimed they had to take everything apart for a single accessible part. Refused to transfer my vehicle: a tow truck arrived before me and was supposed to pay the exorbitant "diagnostic" fees, which I hadn't been informed about. Even if I break down in their parking lot, I'll never use them again!
