After 15 hours of struggling through snow, floods, and roadblocks (we support them!) in Aveyron, we finally arrived in Casteljaloux with a damaged Kadjar 4x4 undercarriage, made noisy by crossing icy railway tracks. We received a warm welcome despite the workshop being packed before Christmas 🧑🎄. They took care of it quickly, using a lift and removing a damaged underbody protection skid plate. A replacement wasn't available from the parts department.
The technician carefully packaged the damaged part (with its fasteners) for later use, and Mr. Labrouche generously offered to do the work for free 👍🎁. Thank you all, and Happy Holidays! You've gained some customers, as we now come to Castel three times a year.

New vehicle picked up from the garage today.
Very warm welcome, Mr. Labrouche was very friendly and patient, taking the time to explain all the vehicle's functions without being pushy.
Everything went very smoothly; he handled my paperwork perfectly for the purchase of my new vehicle.

I fell in love with a lovely little used car at Renault Casteljaloux, over 600km from my home... no problems at all, transaction completed the same day, registration received in 2 days, and transport arranged immediately, despite a day of truly memorable bad weather.
