Very unhelpful. Thinking if buy or leasing a new car and received a very negative response from un interested sales person. I thought they would be keen to sell but obviously not. I will buy somewhere else.

I have just taken possession of my new vehicle (VW ID4) and I am very satisfied with the advice and sales services provided by the JRA85 dealership. Mr. Bayard provided me with all the information I needed, my leasing application was approved very quickly, and the vehicle was delivered within the timeframe specified in the order.

This Volkswagen garage in Challans is a disaster. The fault was incorrectly diagnosed on my car, and a fault was found (which wasn't the correct one, by the way), but it was supposedly normal! I had to go to another professional garage this time, who was able to find the "right" fault and repair my car quickly!!! When you ask to see the manager, there's no one responsible, and they tell you I'm the "most" responsible person here 😅... Run away...
Following the owner's response, the vehicle was inspected at another VW garage. I was not frustrated because the fault was a transmitter and receiver issue, and there was no need to replace the gearbox. The internal rating given by your technician did not correspond to the fault at all. Your salesperson clearly told me that he personally wouldn't accept his car being stuck for 10 minutes at startup in a parking lot without being able to shift gears, but he did it to his customers... unacceptable!!!
