Unfriendly on the phone and in person.
I picked up my car dirty, with a greasy steering wheel and gear knob, footprints on the floor mats and door sills, and a cigarette smell in the car.
They don't perform roadworthiness tests properly. My car veers right by itself (which wasn't the case before I went to the garage). The mechanic hadn't reported this problem and didn't offer to fix it when I came back. What's more, he blames me...

Small Renault agency in a pleasant village. The lady at reception was able to direct me to a competent mechanic who was able to help me with a problem and get me the part to repair my vehicle within the hour.

Very disappointed, I went to get my driver's side mirror repaired.
On the first day, I asked to have it checked because I had a knock in the mirror. They responded without checking that it was working properly, telling me it wasn't broken (I wanted to know if it was worth making a report, just the window wasn't worth it).
I came back on the second day, the right window was controlled instead of the normal left one, apparently.
And on the third day, they fitted the correct window without testing it to see if everything was working.
I tried to adjust the window, but the motor was slipping, and when I pointed it out, they told me it was the worm gear that must have taken a hit, without looking to see if there was a way to fix the problem.
I said well done, thank goodness I didn't leave my car for maintenance; it's scary!

Smiling and helpful mechanic but the reception from the secretary leaves something to be desired (unfriendly secretary) and the bill is steep...
