The garage took me in urgently for an injection problem on a Clio. They immediately found the fault and repaired it (a severed cable) without charging me. Remarkable service, kindness, and welcome. I highly recommend this garage, where I will be coming to have my services done from now on.

First visit in June 2019:
I went there because my car wouldn't start.
The reception was very pleasant; they were attentive and very kind. The problem was resolved quickly.
I am therefore very satisfied and highly recommend this garage.

Avoid them! They refused to perform a simple repair order on a 1999 Twingo. That is to say, basic mechanical work...
We requested the replacement of a specific part (cost €70 and 20 minutes of labor - Renault dealership).
We explained that we were asking to sign the repair order, acknowledging the possibility of being mistaken. We were met with a flat refusal...
We explained our limited means and our desire to keep repairs within a given budget, hence our choice – at our own risk – not to have a diagnostic check done.
They absolutely insisted on charging us for a diagnostic scan plus potential troubleshooting.
Their diagnostic quote: €50 (scanning scan) + €80 (troubleshooting after the scan), all this without guaranteeing they would find the fault (is that normal?) and without providing us with a quote despite our insistence (which is neither normal nor legal). They told us that, as a dealership or authorized agent for the brand (we didn't understand their precise status), they couldn't proceed in that way, which was "strange"...
I want to emphasize that all these exchanges took place in a tense and unpleasant atmosphere (a far cry from the Renault advertisement where the guy looks relaxed and confident).
We went to Renault Bony (2km away) and the total cost was €113 including parts and labor, with an appointment and a friendly welcome.
This professional is not fair in handling this request.
I advise you against giving them any work; their practices are neither fair nor in line with the good practices of their profession. You will encounter the worst practices and behaviors in the industry there.

Exceptionally responsive garage, helpful workshop manager, and competent mechanic. They got me out of a real mess, and thanks to them, I can continue my vacation in peace. Thanks again.
