Was told I could turn up at any time during the day. Got there during the 2 hour lunch where apparently no one works at all. Had to wait ages after that and it was just to scrap a car... Very frustrating.

Friendly welcome. I went there after the "anti-pollution" and "injection system fault" messages appeared on my recently purchased second-hand motorhome. I was able to get a full explanation of what had happened, and of course, the repair that went along with the diagnosis.

Avoid this garage at all costs.
I dropped off my Audi A3 for a simple oil leak… and picked it up in a complete disaster: loss of power, stalling on the road, the car was unusable.
And then, they calmly told me that an injector was “dead,” with a quote of €800. Strange, because my car was running perfectly before they worked on it.
I went to another garage: clear diagnosis, repair in 30 minutes, no faulty injector, no drama.
This Renault garage wasted my time and money, and almost gave me a nonexistent problem.
If you care about your car, stay away.
Here, you leave with more problems than when you arrived.
They don't even deserve one star.

Absolutely fantastic! Simply amazing! They saved our Christmas trip!!!
It took us 14 hours to get from Belgium to Cluny (instead of the usual 6 hours) because of a fuel injection problem. We arrived in Cluny at 5:00 AM on Tuesday, December 23rd, and they still agreed to look at our car. Better than that, they fixed the problem, and we were able to continue our holiday. Thank you, thank you, thank you ☺️ (and all for a very reasonable price!)
