Mr. and Mrs. Roussillon are very welcoming and have a pleasant team. I have had three vehicles serviced there, and they always took the time to examine the problem and diagnose it, even when they were busy with other vehicles. My car was always repaired on time, without any unpleasant surprises. Mr. Roussillon and his employees are extremely knowledgeable about their work and the brands they service. I just visited this garage, even though I'm not a regular customer. They immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Excellent service, the mechanic was very pleasant and professional. I recommend this garage without hesitation.

Votre agressivité derrière votre bureau m’oblige à mettre un commentaire. Alors que j’en avais pas du tout l’intention . Même si je souhaitais qu’on apporte des réponses à mes questions !!!! Ayant déposé ma voiture C4 à votre garage car Depuis plusieurs mois problème de FAP et ne passe pas au contrôle technique . En novembre 2023 vous envisagez un nettoyage sous réserve. Si récidive prévoir remplacer ou recherche de panne approfondie . Malheureusement le nettoyage n’a rien donné elle ne passe toujours pas au contrôle technique . Vous me dites que le FAP est à remplacer . Vous me faites une estimation de 1232€ tout en étant sûr de rien peut être d’autres pièces à changer Comme vous m’avez dit c’est en démontant qu’on voit !!!!! J’ai dû renoncer à une telle somme Mais une voiture de 5ans 40000km Elle ne passe pas au contrôle technique , je ne pourrai pas rouler avec ….. j’en fais quoi ?? Je suis allée voir un autre garage Problème résolu ……. FAP bouché …… Bombe nettoyante du FAP sans avoir besoin de le démonter et elle est passée sans problème au contrôle technique . Le garage m’a certifié que le FAP n’avait jamais été démonté . J’ai pourtant une facture de chez vous de novembre 2023 DÉPOSÉ/REPOSE FILTRE À PARTICULES NETTOYAGE FILTRE À PARTICULES Il faut savoir que je n’ai pas roulé avec depuis votre facture de novembre à Aujourd’hui . Donc je n’avais pas pu reboucher le FAP. Si je vous ai appelé c’était pour avoir une explication . Car j’ai quand même payé 2 factures de nettoyage de FAP…….. Quand à la personne que j’ai eu lorsque j’ai appelé elle a été très désagréable, aucun respect pour le client . Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié votre agressivité et oser dire que je vous ai traité de menteur !!!! Ce qui est faux !!!! Ne déformez pas …

I've been going to this garage since Mr. Roussillon took it over, and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. They're responsive, and their diagnoses are always accurate. There are no surprises when you get the bill. I highly recommend them.
