After getting a flat tire in front of the garage, I went to ask about getting it repaired. The owner, whom I don't know, brushed me off with a simple "NO!" Very customer-oriented... luckily, Point S fixed it... My daughter bought a €19,000 car from this garage, and it's been nothing but mechanical problems since the beginning (coolant loss, the car starts shaking, which is very dangerous). She spent several days at the garage during the three-month warranty period, and the shaking was never fixed! Now, the mechanic has brushed my daughter off with borderline insults... I've filed a lawsuit and also contacted Julien Courbet. What a great garage!

Extremely disappointed, catastrophic after-sales service!
Car purchased in April
After bringing the car back within the 3-month warranty period due to a coolant leak (even though the water pump had been replaced before purchase), we got the car back 3 weeks later with a new problem! It manifested itself as we left their garage: the car was shaking and losing power. We brought the car back a second time, but of course, the car was still getting the coolant leak, which was never repaired!
After contacting the seller for the umpteenth time, they told us that it would no longer be covered by the warranty!! Knowing that the problem had manifested itself at the time of purchase and that they never took any action! Especially since we had a 12-month extended warranty with them, thinking we were safe.
They apparently don't have the skills to repair the car, but they do sell extended warranties and are very responsive when it comes to selling the vehicle!
Very disappointed with this purchase from this garage.

A very satisfactory experience buying a Ford Kuga. They were very responsive, the paperwork was in order and all the documents were well presented, and I personally had no problems with after-sales service. I recommend them.

We bought a Clio from this dealership for my daughter who just got her driver's license. Our first contact by phone with the very professional salesman made us want to buy a car from them. He was a really nice gentleman, and we're not disappointed with our purchase at all. We won't hesitate to go back for future purchases and I'll recommend him to anyone I know who wants to buy a car.
