Our son is the proud owner of his very first car thanks to RTA Evrecy;
After scouring classified ads on various dedicated websites, our son found his Holy Grail in Calvados (we come from Brittany). The sales department answered all our questions, and the viewing and test drive went perfectly. Once we had confirmed our love for the car, we asked Jonathan if he could improve the few lesser details of the car (a clipped fender and scratched rims). Without hesitation, and with the advice of his fellow tuner, the answer was yes.
Yesterday, September 6th, our son came to adopt his Ford Fiesta ST Line 1.0 ecoboost 100hp... the car is waiting for him in front of the dealership, perfectly prepared (the rims look new, the fender is ground, the brakes are new, the timing belt is changed...). Jonathan welcomes us with his genuine warmth (he truly is, in addition to being attentive and sales-oriented).
This first car (which our son will remember for the rest of his life) is simply TOP! [and comes with a one-year warranty].
Thank you to Jonathan, the technical team, and the RTA Evrecy dealership for their professionalism, which will make us, when we're looking for a new car (for ourselves or our other son), look at their inventory without hesitation.

Run away run away............ Arrived with a knocking noise from the engine, engine light on, we left with a bill for 1800€, they changed the shock absorbers 👀 and removed the warning light, the next day the light was on again and the same noise was present. Back to the garage who looked down on us, gave us a quote for...... 2700€.......not a commercial gesture.... Nothing. Being furious we went to Nissan who did a complete check of the car, verdict.... Nothing on the 2700€ quote would have improved the problem, so 2700€ for nothing once again. Hateful and self-absorbed manager. In short, moving on is the best thing to do

I bought my car from RTA Évrecy two years ago. Right from the start, I encountered engine problems, which I had to claim under warranty. It took me three visits before they told me that "the catalytic converter had been changed." However, a year later, after being inspected by three different mechanics, I discovered that the catalytic converter had never actually been replaced!
I don't know what happened, but I find it tragic: making a 20-year-old woman believe that her car is repaired and safe when it isn't.
I absolutely do not recommend this garage, unless you know enough about mechanics to distinguish between fact and fiction.

We are satisfied with our car purchase from Jonathan. He met our expectations and provided us with excellent information.
We were surprised to see that the mileage didn't match the original (1,000 km) when we picked up the car.
The one-year warranty and the small gesture of goodwill were appreciated. Registration fees of €250 and registration fees of €200 are a bit steep, especially since the tank is half full.
The car is in perfect condition. We are satisfied, thank you, Jonathan.
