I brought my car in for a service. It took 40 minutes to be seen, even though I had an appointment.
I came back to pick it up, and waited an hour and ten minutes just to have the great honor of being able to pay! It's like a movie.
Put a sign on your doors saying you need to take half a day off work to bring your car back.

I purchased a vehicle in mid-September from the Peugeot dealership in Forbach. During my initial visit, there were no scratches. It was only upon delivery that a scratch on the door was noticed and pointed out to the salesperson, who promised to send me a touch-up pen.
I spoke to him three times on the phone. Each time, he was surprised that I still hadn't received it and said he would pass the information on to the dealership. It's now early December, and I still haven't received anything, nor any updates.
Furthermore, a service indicator light came on just one month after the purchase, even though the service had supposedly been carried out but not reset.
Lack of follow-up and professionalism.
I do not recommend this dealership.

I took my vehicle there in mid-August for a service... OK, vehicle serviced! But the camera image problem wasn't fixed!
I was told at reception that the front tires needed to be changed, and I told them that my MOT was also out of date.
So I asked them to schedule an appointment to change my tires and have the MOT done. The camera problem would also be reviewed at that time.
The lady took my tire size and was supposed to call me back to schedule an appointment. I left satisfied.
Since then... radio silence. I obviously tried to contact them in the meantime, between the times I didn't get a response, the time the lady kindly told me she'd call me back, and the time I was told the person who takes care of it is on vacation... that she's due back on September 8th (I'm asking if no one can take care of it for her? Does the world systematically stop turning when just one person is on vacation? I'm told they'll call me back...)
I'll let you imagine that to date, no one has called me back, but my tires and MOT have been changed and carried out elsewhere....

We visited in August to purchase a used vehicle and were served by Mathieu K.
The vehicle was purchased from another Peugeot dealership in the region and appeared to have very few defects (as shown in the photos). Once the vehicle arrived in Forbach, there were many more defects than those shown in the photos. (This was due to the original dealership not disclosing all the defects.)
Peugeot Forbach rectified the situation by replacing the taillights and applying a polish. The hood was also repainted. They handled these issues without any problems. I am very satisfied with how the sale went. I recommend this dealership and especially Mathieu 👍 Thank you
