1 star because it's the minimum... garage not responding to calls or emails, keeps us guessing about taking care of the work for 1 month and ends up announcing that they won't do the work. Say they'll call back during the day and don't give any news. In short, they are not capable of standing up for their brand. Very disappointed with this waste of time and being taken for a fool. On the other hand, bad experience for a friend's vehicle that hasn't been repaired for over a year. Parts replaced non-stop and always the same fault as soon as it leaves the workshop. Total incompetence of this garage when it comes to taking care of vehicles of the brand. They are only good for doing oil changes apparently...

A very bad experience with this garage, which knowingly deceives customers to fill its cash register. It changed parts on my vehicle that weren't due for replacement until 150,000 km (Peugeot recommendations). It finally admitted that it had deceived me and had no choice but to refund me. It still had the nerve to offer me a credit note... in case I wanted to repeat the experience with it...
Mr. Piton is very affable, gives explanations... but it's all to better deceive people. It proved to me that it's very dishonest and unprofessional, even for a simple oil change. In fact, the day after my oil change, my vehicle was leaking. It had to be taken back. In conclusion, given these proven facts, the most distressing thing is to see how it betrays the trust of its customers. It's a total disservice to the industry. So the best thing for your customers is to carefully check your invoice and the work undertaken which may not always be necessary or which may not necessarily have been carried out.
