Great customer service from CITROEN following a severe unknown breakdown. I brought my car back on 3 separate times with issue unresolved. The Repair shop boss was very supportive on 3 consecutive visits and provided me a rental car each time while successfully repairing the malfunction system on my car. I highly recommend CITROEN in Granville for a very professional personnel and Top Notch customer service. Thank you CITROEN Granville. Following the repairs on my mother's Twingo:
- She received excellent service.
- Communication was clear throughout the entire process.
- Parts were reasonably priced for both the repairs and any additional maintenance.
- She got her car back in perfect condition.
Overall, my mother was delighted with the service and will not hesitate to return if needed.
