I bought a used Scenic as a trade-in, and everything was done remotely. At the time of delivery, I was greeted by Laurent. The showroom didn't have air conditioning, and the premises were rather austere. I was very happy with the salesperson. The car had a 90-day warranty, and after a strange noise from the engine block a few days later, two injectors were replaced free of charge. However, the oil change, which was included in the service at the time of purchase, was poorly done by the mechanics. The oil level was above the maximum, which isn't good for diesel engines. Overall, a good experience. I recommend them. Reliable.

Attentive and very personable staff. Very warm welcome. I recently bought a new car and the sales team was top-notch. They gave excellent advice, both for the purchase and at the workshop when servicing my old vehicle.
