The saleswoman was very friendly and pleasant.
However, the sales manager is seriously unprofessional. I'm very disappointed with this garage because they refused to sell me a used car that cost €17,000 because they didn't want to repair the scratched rims! No solution was offered to best satisfy the customer. Unacceptable!

The staff were very welcoming!
I came in because of an orange warning light on my dashboard indicating "Check Anti-pollution System" and a problem starting my Mégane when it was cold. I received an explanation and a quote over the phone within 24 hours, and after agreeing, my vehicle was repaired within 24 hours.
Completely satisfied with the repair and the fair price!

The garage has been taken over by a new owner. The welcome is courteous and the salespeople are available to customers.
A used vehicle was presented. Without going into the technical details of the car, the exterior was decent, but there was a major flaw in the interior presentation. The car was in a dusty condition, and the carpets were full of stones. I sat in it and felt uncomfortable due to the dust that had accumulated over the months.
Upon my comment, the saleswoman confirmed that the cleaning would be done by an external service provider if I purchased the vehicle.
I told her that for a customer to be attracted to a vehicle, it must be presentable and impeccable.
I wasn't.

The team was very welcoming, and Mohcine, the sales representative, provided excellent service, helping me understand all the trade-in options and showing me a vehicle perfectly suited to my needs. It's so refreshing to deal with such a genuinely courteous salesperson, especially since some people have been unpleasant since the start of this crisis, while he always kept smiling! Top-notch Renault team!

I'm disappointed. I was interested in a car, but the salesperson didn't have all the information. They offered to call back the next day, Tuesday, and I still haven't heard anything... I think they're filtering customers based on one of the criteria that makes up the bottom line. I must not have been of interest to them, so I wasn't even entitled to a modicum of courtesy...
