A big thank you to this garage who, despite not being able to take my vehicle, took the time to listen to me, to clearly explain the situation and to advise me with great professionalism. The welcome was really pleasant and caring, and I particularly appreciated being redirected to other reliable garages.

Terrible service; I've experienced much better in terms of friendliness and customer service.
They ask you to leave a €90 deposit for a part, and then when it comes time to pay, they charge you €90. In my book, that's not a deposit, and it's not even in the dictionary! I do not recommend this "garage." Clearly, they don't like working and interacting with customers, but they have no problem taking your money.

The receptionist is very nervous and aggressive.
Having an appointment for a manufacturer's inspection, I ask for more information on payment methods and, if possible, to pay in installments. The receptionist assures me that no, not for each payment method... garage unaccommodating!!! On top of that, a quote was given for around €430, and in two weeks the price increases for no reason!! And they don't even bother to inform their customer!! They have to ask for the price again to be sure and find out on the day, and even then, we don't have the right to express our dissatisfaction because the gentleman gets angry and talks down to me while acting like a strong man!!! 🤦♂️🤦♂️
To end up with the gentleman 5 cm away from me... almost wanting to jump on me!!!
Even his colleagues were shocked and scared of him just by looking at them...
Don't go to that garage if you don't want to waste your time!!
Avoid it as much as possible!!!

I want to emphasize how valuable a garage with a sense of service and hospitality is. The staff at Garage Duche really tried to help me when I broke down 3.5 hours from home, despite their busy schedule.
