Very disappointed and angry.
Bought a used car at the beginning of July. Three weeks later: first problem: AdBlue problem. First appointment scheduled about two weeks later (only one technician available for the diagnosis). Verdict: AdBlue tank needs replacing.
The warranty claim is accepted, and I'm scheduled for another appointment about two weeks later for the replacement. I pick up the car and am assured that everything is fixed.
A few days later, another surprise: I can't fill up with diesel. The top of the tank is moving abnormally. Back at the garage: the technician notes that the tank needs replacing and finds it "rare," but tells me I can still drive like that, "it's not a big deal."
They open a file and promise to call me back. Three weeks later, still nothing. I follow up again: this time, they tell me that it won't be covered under warranty, on the pretext that "the workshop hasn't touched this part." Clearly, I was the one who broke the tank... what a coincidence, right next to the one that had just been replaced!
After several reminders, even management remained silent. It's a real scandal. A total lack of professionalism and customer service.
I absolutely do not recommend this garage.

Extremely disappointed! My Peugeot 308 has never been serviced at any other garage than yours, and its last service was less than two weeks ago. However, I had to go to Firstop to get a quick and effective solution to a water leak in the passenger compartment. As a valued customer, I still don't understand how a company like yours could leave me with this problem when others were able to provide a solution. After I followed up, the only response I received from the Istres garage was to contact the Salon location directly…

I was able to get a quick appointment for my 208's service despite the holiday season, the welcome was courteous, and the courtesy car was practically new (albeit at a cost of €24) but very convenient. I am very satisfied with the service.
