Great service here. We were travelling through France with a motor home based on a Renault chassis and we needed some urgent service. Langlois were able to sort out our problem very efficiently and professionally.

A Renault garage overfilled my oil during my oil change (+1 liter), but you took me in and corrected a colleague's mistake in record time so I could leave with peace of mind. A huge thank you to the entire garage team! We arrived close to closing time, in the middle of an emergency, in transit between two very distant cities, with no alternative solution or possible accommodations... And they simply saved our vacation.
Despite the late hour and the immediate lack of parts, they found a solution to quickly help us out, with quality equipment, kindness, efficiency, and great professionalism.

Avoid at all costs!! Thieves! I ordered a part for €130 for my car, knowing nothing about cars, but I trusted them. Out of curiosity, I checked the price at other garages, and the part costs €20!

Used Vehicle Purchase
I showed up unannounced and without an appointment in October 2024 following an ad for a used Clio 5 e-tech.
I was very well received and provided with information about the vehicle despite the time I arrived (11:45 a.m.). Mr. Langlois took the time to show me as many of the vehicle's features as possible and even let me test drive it, despite my young age. I felt taken seriously right away.
A month later, I came to reserve the vehicle. Once again, he was very accommodating regarding the deposit amount and payment methods. The delivery date was agreed upon and perfectly respected. So far, top-notch service!
Despite minor issues, after a few weeks, I noticed that the vehicle had a small leak. I informed him, and he arranged for me to come back as soon as possible to inspect the vehicle. He told me that the car had two leaks, but one of them hadn't been repaired despite the service note. Mr. Langlois therefore returned the vehicle to me while waiting for Renault's technical service to come up with a new solution.
The solution was provided a few months later because unfortunately no parts were available, but today the problem is resolved. The after-sales service was very good despite the delays, but Mr. Langlois had nothing to do with it. He provided me with perfect service and lent me a vehicle whenever possible each time, not to mention the windshield wipers provided right after delivery of the vehicle and the handling of the missing key, without ever wanting to charge me anything.
If I had to make a criticism, it would be the condition of some loaner vehicles, which aren't all in good condition, but most are.
In short, Mr. Langlois is an approachable and honest person about how things run. He can seem a little cold, but when you approach him with friendliness and politeness, you receive a very warm welcome! I highly recommend it.
