They've had my vehicle for six months now. When I call them, they don't answer the phone, they don't give me any updates. No follow-up whatsoever. I find this unprofessional. This is a shame.

Arrived on December 30, 2025 at 3:15 PM for an emergency. My Jumpy van had a red warning light, but it was closed for holidays, and there was no mention of this on the Google listing. Shameful.
All I can do is cross my fingers…😡😡😡😡

Very bad garage, they damage the rims, lose the vehicle's anti-theft sockets, they don't even know how to balance a tire, photo to support it, and even if we prove to them that it was them who did something stupid, they don't do anything and shirk their responsibility. To finish in style, they hang up on customers and no longer answer the phone, what a shame

Ugh, I strongly advise against this garage.
The first time, we waited over a year and never heard anything about our car's electronic problem.
The second time, because it's an authorized Citroën garage, we didn't really have a choice... we waited over four months for our car to be repaired... NO INFORMATION, terrible customer service...
In short, don't go there.
