I received a very poor welcome at this garage; the person refused to give me prices for the vehicles or to call the salesperson. If you're looking to buy a vehicle, steer clear.

Honestly, it's a disgrace. I called the Peugeot garage for a simple question about an automatic transmission fluid change, and I got someone who was as unpleasant as she was incompetent. She had absolutely no desire to help, her tone was curt, and she seemed almost annoyed that I dared to ask questions. When you work in customer service, a minimum of courtesy and professionalism wouldn't hurt. If the reception on the phone is this bad, I can't even imagine what it's like in person. Avoid this place; there are much more respectful garages elsewhere.

Needed a spare part that can only be purchased from Peugeot. Greeted by a friendly lady who directed me to her technician who was able to order my part and receive it within 24 hours. Very satisfied with the welcome and the service.

I'll only post the facts:
- I dropped off the vehicle in the morning due to an air conditioning problem.
- I asked if it was possible to also do an oil change and filter, with a quote first.
- I was told the quote would be sent by text message.
- No response by noon...
- I was called at 4:11 PM because I hadn't yet responded to the 3:59 PM text message (sorry, I'm working).
- I said no because I thought an oil change and filter for 200 euros was too expensive.
- Too late, the car was already on the road and taken care of!!!?
After checking, the average price in the department for an oil change and filter for this vehicle is 136 euros (minimum 119 euros). No need to hide behind Peugeot inspections I didn't request (My vehicle just passed its MOT, I know how to check that the windshield wipers work myself).
Conclusion: I was taken hostage, excessive prices (not a single apology was offered).

Lionel garage and salesperson to avoid!!! Car bought from them in October not even a month after problems, today more problems with a technical inspection that should not even have gone through with the sale, but between professionals we always manage. An official document supposedly sent by mail never received, not even able to get another document, the secretary who tells you that the gentleman is doing everything possible... between colleagues we must also manage 😂 we think we will be calm and serene by buying a car from a "garage" dealer but in fact it is quite the opposite. Next time I will read the reviews which question the professionalism a lot, change jobs.
