Unfortunately, the workers are dishonest. I had two flat tyres on my brand new Tesla that they replaced. They, however, damaged the car while in their possession by dropping a heavy object on the boot of the car creating a dent. As it was on the boot of the car, I drove away and only noticed the damage when I reached the house where I was staying. I returned to their premises and highlighted this to them and they did not take responsibility...even though they started defending themselves before I could even show them the damage. Clearly disappointing and not to be trusted...at all.

First visit for a complete service of my vehicle (filters, oil change, brake and coolant fluids) with, at my request, a visual inspection of the brakes (pads and discs). Warm welcome and fast service: my vehicle was handled professionally and efficiently. Having planned to wait on site, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service area: a round table and desk available, a high-performance Wi-Fi connection (nPerf 304 and 314 Mbps), a water fountain, and self-service candy. A real plus that makes the wait comfortable and productive. I highly recommend Euromaster Lanester for the quality of their service and their attentiveness to customers.

It is not recommended to use Naruto's services for repairs, as the quality of their work is unsatisfactory. Although repairs were carried out, it was subsequently discovered that some of them did not meet expectations. We thank you for your understanding and emphasize the importance of meticulous execution of tasks.

Appointment time was missed. The technician was rude and unpleasant, ultimately refusing to remove the wheels, claiming the car was too low! (Westfield Seven). I had to remove the two rear wheels myself in the rain on the sidewalk (they refused to let me take shelter in the garage) so they would agree to replace the tires! I finally left with two tires changed (urgent) and two new tires not mounted. Service cost: €48. My mechanic mounted the other two tires for €38. I wrote to Euromaster customer service on 1/9/25, but they didn't see fit to respond.
