We needed help while in France as our motorhome was giving trouble, my husband could not get the gears which made negotiating roundabouts very difficult. Eventually the problem became so bad we did not think we would get to Calais for our return journey. Fortunately we tow a little car and we drove in towards Reims from where we were in Les Andelays, The first two garages we came to could not help and did not seem interested. We decided to call to this Garage and saw Mr Franck. He was extremely helpful, our French to my shame is not very good, Mr Franck could speak no English but we were able to make ourselves understood with hand signals and gestures. This man went above and beyond the call to help us. We managed to struggle to the garage with our motorhome on his advice and he pulled out all the stops to help us and within and hour had the problem sorted. It was negligence on behalf of the service people on our end. Mr Franck and his staff were extremely helpful, we were both upset and worried and he could not do enough for us. Thank you so much, we will never forget your kindness....

I highly recommend this garage; they're very welcoming. Tom listened carefully to our needs, and within a week we left with the car we were looking for. Melanie is a very pleasant person; she explains everything about the vehicle's paperwork, the procedures, etc. They even offer us a complimentary coffee. In short, we'll definitely be back.

We bought a used 2018 C4 from this dealership last September. Tom (the salesman) gave us a warm welcome and made us feel confident in purchasing the vehicle. A week later, we drove away after all the worn parts had been replaced (brakes, tires, etc.) and the vehicle was given a one-year warranty.
After a week of driving it, we noticed a few issues (a faulty side mirror and some noise coming from the front suspension). The dealership offered to bring us back for repairs (covered under warranty, so free of charge).
We returned for the repairs and have been happy with the vehicle ever since. No problems whatsoever.
We recommend this dealership, which has excellent customer service and is very responsive in resolving issues quickly.
