The receptionist was smiling, kind, and attentive. She gave me all the necessary information and answered my questions.
The loaner car was brand new (a definite plus) and clean, as always. Upon returning the vehicle, it was ready on time (punctual, much appreciated) and the front end had been vacuumed (a nice touch). It's a shame there was no contact with the service department. However, the receptionist had answered my questions and provided me with quotes for any future repairs. This allows me to plan ahead financially.

I came in for a service, a rear light replacement, and some bodywork on my Dacia Jogger. The service was excellent, they provided a loaner car, and the price was reasonable. I recommend them.
