The receptionist would not listen to our explanation of the problem (Renault Master) so she went to see herself. The battery light was on and she told us the battery is broken, while the battery light normally indicates a problem with the alternator. No mechanic was asked to check the problem... so far for the Renault Minute service. I have asked for a new alternator and they would not give me a price or delivery time (didn't even bother to check the computer for availability). Later a Citroen garage ordered the part and delivered next day!
