I had to call Euromaster this Monday, December 8th, at 8:10 AM due to a flat tire on my Tesla. They gave me an appointment immediately at 9:30 AM. The welcome was warm, and they were incredibly quick and professional. I highly recommend Euromaster; it's where I always go for tires. Thank you all for your kindness.

I'm reluctantly forced to give one star for my review to be published... Given the number of positive reviews, we went to this dealership, what a disappointment... It took a week to get our car back, which is really convenient when you're two people working in opposite directions. They asked for an additional delay because it would be dangerous to drive away with our car since the wheel bearings needed replacing, another charge (we weren't worried about an extra €100...). We picked up our car on Thursday, and it started whistling on Friday... I asked them for an explanation, and they said, "No problem, Madam, it's the clutch release bearing, nothing serious, you can drive it, it even passed the vehicle inspection" (I'm a woman, I don't know anything about cars, and in this case, it was true, I took their word for it). It was just a faulty part. We made another appointment to have the clutch replaced again (which they repaired). To my great (and unpleasant) surprise, the clutch failed completely, pedal to the floor. A few seconds later, I would have been on the ring road at 110 km/h; you can imagine what could have happened. Do I need to mention that I was driving my 18-month-old daughter? Anyway, no word from the manager, the car was towed back to their garage, but of course, no compensation was offered. The best response was from an employee who told my husband that they (the car was checked by the manager and a mechanic when I returned it, and the whistling noise was there) should never have let me leave with such a noise. Absolutely no consideration. I don't understand the reviews on this page. Mistakes happen, faulty parts happen, but you don't play with people's lives, and you don't bury your head in the sand.
