As a Citroën customer with a maintenance and warranty contract, we broke down during our vacation. We were taken care of quickly despite the May 13th bank holiday and the repairs were done quickly, but I am very disappointed with their customer service because they immobilized a repaired vehicle for 36 hours under the pretext that they had to issue an invoice and settle the paperwork, even though the agreement had been validated by Citroën insurance. This is abusive!!! knowing that it benefits them given the price of storing the vehicle on their site.

A swindler's garage!!!
My car was brought back to them because I broke down in Aiguebelette. They didn't even bother to keep me informed of the breakdown. Bad luck, I know a bit about it. My expansion tank cracked, the vehicle had 300,000 km, so there was a major water leak and it stopped almost immediately. I showed up unexpectedly and they gave me the verdict: HEAD GASKET BREAKING!!!!! Car dead, a 2002 Partner 2L HDI. In short, 13 euros on Oscaro, three hoses later, and a saving of a few thousand euros... don't trust them at all.
