Very bad mechanic.
I was charged €1,000 even though my vehicle was returned to me with a breakdown. Alberto didn't bother to call me first to tell me there was another one with a fan that kept coming on and wouldn't stop.
A mechanic shouldn't return a vehicle half-repaired!!!!
I absolutely do not recommend this garage.

My damaged vehicle was repaired perfectly.
I had already taken another vehicle for bodywork in the past, and it was, frankly, excellent.
The welcome was very friendly, and my car was like new again. It was even cleaned from top to bottom. The interior was vacuumed without any prompting.
A big thank you to the Palesteo garage team.

- I don't usually repair cars at this Renault garage in Pantin.

- The presence of the customer to carry out what needs to be done exceeds expectations.
- I was able to see this again today with the vehicle I brought in urgently.
It had multiple complications, both minor and major, but above all, urgent, that needed to be resolved as quickly as possible.
- This was completed within the day, with a loaner vehicle. Remarkable, something I've never or rarely seen before, and I've seen it.
- The way they address the customer is efficient, intelligible, reassuring, and with precise, straightforward objectivity.
- I only encountered, and perhaps I hadn't realized it before, true experienced professionals and an atmosphere of objective confidence in what could be done on a vehicle. I highly recommend it; I haven't seen anything better so far.
