Hello, I bought a 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan in June 2024 for €26,000. Since the purchase, I've had nothing but mechanical and electronic problems. Today, another serious breakdown has occurred, costing over €3,000. I'm now being asked to pay for an expert assessment, even though the vehicle is accumulating faults (warning lights coming on, repeated breakdowns). I am very disappointed and disgusted by this situation. In the event of a serious problem, I feel completely on my own, without any real support. Sincerely,

Good evening. Judging by the comments, you have to buy something to get a second, perfect welcome. 1. The first welcome was perfect, a smiling young woman offered me a coffee. 2. The salesperson approached us. Smile, firm handshake... and I announced that I wanted to see the new electric 308, as my company was going to order one for me. And then, a huge disappointment... no information, I was told to look at the GT... I mentioned that I have an Allure Pack... "That doesn't exist anymore, it's just the Allure." "Okay, and what's missing?" Anyway, he went back to his seat... I took the liberty of addressing the receptionist, telling her that I was a customer in my personal capacity... and that by making a good discovery, there might be a sale to be made... The basics of the job: welcoming, discovery, making the customer want it.
