I was extremely satisfied with Ilona Dunand's service. Responsive and attentive, she answered all my questions patiently and clearly. Her support was impeccable from start to finish, and her customer service skills are remarkable.

It's impossible to reach them: either no one answers, the lines are busy, or you get a rude person: brilliant!
Furthermore, after 10 calls, when we finally get through to someone from the garage, they tell us they'll take 3 weeks for a diagnosis, with a price of over €250, without even knowing what the cost is! This is a far cry from the garage and the service we could expect, especially given the price of the vehicle and the expenses already incurred at other garages, Jean-Lain! This will be my last AUDI! My advice: run away from this garage!
