Really good location, cheap prices, automatic check-in machine, however, staff hitting on doors at 9:30 waking people up, even though check out is 11:00

No toilet roll at all provided in the room. Took 10mins to get some at the front desk. Only 2 towels and no shower towel despite having a 3 bedroom room. No air conditioning despite it being advertised. The top bunk wasn't even made so it was a DIY bed at the end of a long day. The shower takes ages to warm up so its either have a freezing cold shower or burn your skin off, no in-between! We've also been charged twice having paid through another retailer so trying to claim it back now. Only decent thing is the room appeared clean and there was a decent amount of parking!

When getting downstairs for breakfast, we are informed by posters and a very aggressive lady that we will not be served breakfast because we have not booked it in advance. When the manager shows up not only he does not provide options or even alternatives (when asked he said go to McDonalds ... where ? what ?) but he reinforces the message that due to 'low cost' and 'regulations' he cannot serve us. If we concede to this explanation, we would have appreciated to be informed beforehand (no message on the site where the booking was done) or worst come worst provided with an alternative.
None of this has happened and on top of that we have been treated pitifully by the lady in charge of serving breakfast. We have used this hotel every year for the past 6 years and that is the first time we have faced with such disdain from Accor. Value for money doesn't relieve from decent, honest and kind service.
Alternatives exist on this highway and such piece of experience is really pushing towards them.

Sadly one of our worst overnight stops whilst travelling through France. No air conditioning despite it being advertised on Booking.com on one of the hottest nights so far of the year! Followed by an extremely rude and agressive front desk team the next morning. We apparently should have reserved breakfast, when at no point was there the option to do so, or any notice of this requirement at either the front door or in the bedroom itself or even online at the point of booking. It was made very clear we were not welcome and were an inconvenience. Despite the fact I speak a reasonable level of French and understand a lot more. Such a shame, as I rarely write reviews. But feel others should be warned. We expected budget, but not to be treated with such disdain.

Cockroaches everywhere, killed a few then found another in a spiderweb!
Dirty and run down not like the pictures.
When asked to move rooms the manager said "its a wood bug, they are in the walls, floor,rooms and everywhere they are not dangerous"
Safe to say we left this dump and wont ever return.
