I would like to express my complete satisfaction with my purchase and after-sales service experience with Garage Marot in Pouzauges. I bought a used Clio V, and the sale went perfectly, with the vehicle matching the description and no unpleasant surprises. The delivery was flawless.
Living in Nantes, I encountered a minor noise issue with the front and rear right brakes (a constant metallic squeaking when braking), and I contacted the Renault dealership "Renault Conraie Automobiles Services" in Orvault. After several visits (3), they assured me there was no safety issue and refused to honor the warranty, claiming that the vehicle had not been purchased from them.
I therefore contacted Garage Marot again. They responded promptly upon my request and offered me an appointment as soon as possible. A replacement vehicle was provided to me while I waited. After diagnosis, it turned out that the brake pad lining was of lower quality, but without posing an immediate safety risk. However, as a precaution, Garage Marot preferred to honor the warranty and replace all the brake pads.
I sincerely thank the team at Garage Marot for their professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness. Thanks to them, I was able to resolve my problem quickly and with complete peace of mind. I highly recommend this garage for the quality of their service and their commitment to their customers. For my maintenance, I will return to them even if it means driving 80 km each way. I prefer to deal with reliable professionals I can trust completely!
