The car collection was a great experience, with friendly staff.
When we returned the car, the service wasn't very welcoming. The lady complained that the car was dirty inside and out. The car was clean when we left home, but after driving 50 km to the garage on small roads during a storm, it wasn't possible to be completely clean when we returned...how is that possible? An unfair and unrealistic expectation. We treated the car with great respect and didn't appreciate this situation. We even offered to have it cleaned at the garage.
The charger provided for the car, which was electric, wasn't compatible with public chargers, which was a real problem for us.
It's a shame the experience didn't end well for us.
