My experience with the Citroën garage in Pugnac has been marked by a blatant lack of transparency, incomplete services, and aggressive sales tactics, which has deeply disappointed me as a loyal customer of over three years at this garage and over ten years with Stelantis. During my last "all filters" service, I noticed that the cabin air filter had not been changed and the AdBlue had not been recharged, despite the manufacturer's recommendations for 150,000 km. In 2023, after an oil change, I encountered an abnormally low oil level just 3,000 km later, forcing me to return to the same garage at an additional cost. These errors, billed without justification, reveal an unacceptable lack of rigor and a disregard for vehicle maintenance.
Furthermore, the garage manager systematically uses fear to sell additional services, emphasizing exaggerated risks to justify costly repairs. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with these practices and mentioned my financial difficulties, his response, "If I didn't have money, I shouldn't complain if everything wasn't done," was both shocking and indicative of a purely mercantile approach, where customer satisfaction comes second to revenue. Furthermore, when I recently requested the paint code for my vehicle, I was informed, without explanation, that I would no longer receive any services from them, thus confirming a deficient customer service and a complete lack of consideration.
This experience unfortunately does not reflect the standards of quality and professionalism I have observed elsewhere in the Stelantis network. After years of loyalty, I can only advise future customers to exercise the utmost vigilance. I hope these issues remain an isolated incident and that measures will be taken to improve the quality of this garage. I am available to discuss these points further.

I'm removing the 5 stars because that was before.
I left my C4 vehicle in August with complete confidence because it's my long-time garage. It's December, and the vehicle still hasn't been picked up. I asked for a loaner vehicle to help me out for a weekend in October, and it was refused. Honestly, every time I ask for a time frame, I get no response. And I haven't called since October.

We broke down 30 km from Pugnac on our way to our holiday destination and went to the nearest Citroën garage.
We found a close-knit, dedicated, and incredibly responsive team!
The mechanics took care of us immediately to diagnose the problem: the timing belt was broken and had damaged other parts! We had to leave our vehicle there.
After a repair completed in record time, we were able to get back in our car for the return journey, and our holiday was somewhat less ruined.
A huge THANK YOU to all the garage staff, with a special mention for Mr. Arnaud, with whom we had a frank and honest conversation throughout our ordeal.

Repair took a bit of time! But I think I broke down at the wrong time! Otherwise, very kind and very welcoming on the phone!
