Je suis venue aujourd’hui jour de réveillon pour un pneu crevé… j’ai été reçue par une jeune femme très souriante (Mélanie d’après la facture) qui a été super réactive. Malgré un manque de personnel considérable, elle a réussi avec Alexis de l’atelier à me trouver un créneau entre deux et me remplacer mon pneu en à peine une heure.
Hyper reconnaissante et satisfaite de ma visite aujourd’hui, une équipe réactive, serviable et très agréable.

I hadn't read the reviews before going, I probably should have!
I left my car for an urgent two-tire change. I dropped it off well in advance to make it easier until then, okay.
I asked for a forward/reverse rotation, and they looked at me like I was a UFO...
Then I received a text message 40 minutes after the scheduled pickup time... luckily I waited for the message.
When I arrived, my car was unlocked, supposedly under surveillance. I was still able to get inside before getting my keys. No one said anything to me, nor did they see anything.
Apparently, my key doesn't work, even though everything was perfect when I left it. After picking it up, the remote control battery is completely dead, and I can't even start it. They're good at draining a nearly new battery in just a few hours!
Additionally, the inside of my trunk was completely turned upside down to look for the wheel nut I forgot to take out.
Not to mention the reception at the store, unsmiling and you really felt like you were intruding.
I canceled the other scheduled service; it took me a day of calls to get someone to cancel it!
Note to the manager: given the comments, do you plan to take action?
It's clear that I won't be returning and I don't recommend it.

A very pleasant welcome, impeccable and trustworthy service, very competitive prices for flawless service, quick response, and a battery replacement at 1830 (presumably referring to a specific service or service) within 30 minutes. Whether it's for my vehicle's service or pre-MOT maintenance, we are never disappointed, unlike two other direct competitors who never even bled the brakes. In short... a resounding 🔥 at Feu Vert, I trust them completely. Thank you to the whole team...
