I had my vehicle repaired by them, and when I picked it up, the bottom of the bumper was damaged and the fuel filler cap was missing. They covered the bumper repair, telling me it had probably rubbed the axle, but I had to buy the fuel filler cap at my own expense, but the matter was closed for me.
Several months later, I made another appointment to have my vehicle repaired, but they simply refused to take it on, telling me they had had problems with me and no longer wanted to take care of my vehicle.
They therefore held me responsible for their mistake (even though I didn't blame them for anything...).
The lady at reception was super pleasant.

I had my vehicle serviced at Quibou Automobiles in Quibou. I requested a complete service and an inspection of the engine, steering, brakes, and suspension, according to the printed sheet posted in the foyer.
I thought everything would be fine until the next service in 16,000 km and that there would be nothing to worry about regarding the vehicle's MOT.
After 9,000 km, I stopped suddenly, fortunately in my driveway.
I discovered that the right front wheel pads were completely worn and that the disc pad holder was welded to the disc.
When I had repaired the brakes, I started the engine and heard a whining noise from the pump. I discovered that the power steering pump reservoir was empty.
This garage will never be used again.

Friendly welcome, professional staff.
Only replaces parts that actually need replacing, so no abuse on that front. The garage is well-equipped, performs alignment and diagnostic checks on all brands.
