He's honest, doesn't push you to buy unnecessary parts, and is accommodating. If you have an older vehicle, he'll prioritize used parts with your agreement.

On a recommendation, I went to this garage, which was conveniently located near my home. What possessed me? I asked for a quote, and to this day, two weeks later, I still haven't received it, despite a follow-up the first week.
So I've decided to give up. I think these people just don't want to work.
But the least they could do is inform the customer, out of respect. I won't judge the quality of the work or the prices, since my car won't be repaired. Two weeks wasted, that's what's so infuriating. And now I have to start the search all over again for an honest and reliable garage.

If you refuse his quote, he calls the pound and the police to have the vehicle removed within the hour, not very professional at all, or only for people who can afford it. As a result, no more vehicles, a fine for the pound, etc.
