Avoid them at all costs. Never go there, I beg you.
We had a problem with our Corsa last February while traveling far from home. Our beloved car broke down on the motorway an hour from our starting point, just as night was beginning to fall. We arranged for our car to be towed to the nearest Opel garage. The woman we spoke to on the phone was very friendly and reassured us that it was best to leave our vehicle with them rather than have it towed back home, a three-hour drive away. So we decided to have it repaired there.
A mechanic called us a few days later and explained that the timing chain needed replacing, that it would cost a certain amount, but that there was apparently nothing else that needed to be done. So we signed the estimate, trusting those who knew what they were doing.
A few days later, we received another call from the mechanic explaining that the initial repair hadn't been enough and that the oil pump now needed replacing.
We decided to check with our usual mechanic before signing any further quotes, as we already had doubts about the honesty of these self-proclaimed experts.
Our mechanic explained that, in his opinion, the engine needed replacing anyway and that it wasn't even necessary to change the timing chain. So, we called Opel again for an explanation. The response: "If the mechanic in your hometown knows more, you should have gone to him."
That was all it took. We arranged for our car to be towed back to our hometown through an acquaintance and entrusted it to the mechanic in our own town, who, clearly, did indeed know more than they did, since our engine was DEAD and needed replacing.
Furthermore, our car's oil pump was perfectly fine, and did I forget to mention that their prices were exorbitant?
There you have it. I'm writing this review late because I completely forgot about them, but thinking about it, I realized it was a shame not to leave a review. It's given me a chance to vent, and if it helps them lose even one customer, I'll have gained the five minutes it took me to write this review.

Hello, I just bought a vehicle, and the vehicle wasn't ready on the day of delivery. They managed to get it ready for me within the hour. The mechanics and inspection were done, but the paperwork and cleaning remained to be done.

This is my fourth vehicle purchased from Opel Saint Dizier. The previous ones date back to the Dreneri era, when I used to criticize the customer service. Now all that is over; the service is exactly what one would expect. Jonathan, the salesman, seems to be doing an excellent job. I recommend them.
