The garage repaired my car on Saturday, I called back on Monday to get an update and a quote. "Yes, we'll send you a quote." I called back on Friday to get an update, only to be told: We don't have time, we won't repair your car, have it sent to another garage. Super professional

Reliable and very professional garage. We had a clutch failure in our campervan while we were on vacation.
The garage took care of it on Wednesday evening, and the following Monday everything was fine and repaired.

Feeling ripped off
I left without my car.
My car broke down at my vacation spot. My Toyota Avensis had no power and was jerking. I called my roadside assistance on December 24th. The Bouchut garage then contacted me. Since the car was drivable, there was no need for a tow, so I took it to them. They ran a diagnostic check which indicated that injector number 1 needed replacing. Initially, they told me they couldn't replace the injector because they couldn't code it, and that I had to leave the car there and call a Toyota garage on December 26th. Finally, half an hour later, they called to tell me they'd found the function to code the injector and offered to order the part and replace it on Friday the 27th. I was quite happy and relieved, knowing I had to drive 600 km home on Saturday. Unfortunately, on Friday, they told me they'd replaced the injector, but it wasn't working, that all four needed replacing, and that they couldn't guarantee it would work, so it wasn't worth it since my car already had 260,000 km. The only thing they offered was not to charge me for the injector and for me to leave my car with them. I tried to see with my roadside assistance if it was possible to have it towed closer to home. But it wasn't possible; it was too far. So, I was stuck with a car that wouldn't run, 600 km from home, and a bill to pay. I was backed into a corner. I asked a friend for advice, but it's obviously complicated to do it remotely. I went to the garage. In the end, I traded my car in for the injector they replaced and a check for 300 euros. Admittedly, my car had high mileage, but it was a good car; I'd changed all four tires in July. I'm left with nothing, feeling like I've been ripped off.

One star is already too much!
This garage doesn't look for any faults.
Their diagnosis must be different from other mechanics.
They replace parts piecemeal, hoping the problem will be solved.
